CS - Are you working on an initiative addressing or affected by digital inclusion issues? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

More than two million Australians are digitally excluded and the for-purpose sector, including not-for-profits and social enterprises, faces significant barriers to maximising the benefits of the digital economy. Organisations and social enterprises working to address digital exclusion have the critical on-the-ground expertise to create meaningful change but are often not resourced to measure their impact.
With funding support from auDA’s Community Grant Program, the Seedkit team is working on the Digital Inclusion Measurement through Seedkit project. Our project aims to build the capacity of social enterprises and other for-purpose organisations to measure and communicate their digital inclusion impact.
We have now developed a draft set of indicators to help for-purpose organisations to measure, track and communicate their outputs and outcomes towards greater digital inclusion. This work is informed by existing research and practice in digital inclusion in Australia and internationally.
We are now looking for organisations to help us refine the proposed indicators to make sure they meet users’ needs for measuring and reporting digital inclusion. Two user validation sessions will be held online on 29 July and 14 August. You can choose either of the two sessions to attend. Each session will take approximately two hours, including a short break. If you would like to participate in a session or to know more about this project, please contact the Project Manager, Dr Joanne Qian-Khoo, via admin@seedkit.com.au
